1. BREIF INTRODUCTION OF BIOMASS GAS BOILER

SYSTEM:

(1.1.) Rice husk produces combustible biomass gas through gasifier, and

biomass gas fuel replaces coal, fuel oil and natural gas, reducing boiler

pollution emission, lowering steam cost and realizing efficient energy

utilization of rice husk.

 (1.2.)The gas transmission system filters tar, no tar pollution problem.

(1.3.) For the combustion characteristics of biomass gas, the boiler

structure by special design, the maximum efficiency of the use of

combustion heat.

(1.4.)Boiler emissions fully comply with environmental standards, no

need to add additional dust and desulfurization equipment at the end of

the boiler, saving investment.

2.TAKE OUR SUCCESSFUL CASE OF THE CAPACITY OF

30T/H 1.6MPA BIOMASS GAS BOILER( SZS30-1.6-Q) AS AN

EXAMPLE:

2.1 BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF IT:

(2.1) This proposal is designed for a 30t/h biomass-fired gas boiler 

system. The boiler adopts double-boiler, longitudinal type, D-type 

arrangement, with the combustion chamber on the right side and 

convection heating surface on the left side. The two burners are installed 

one above the other on the front wall of the boiler, and the boiler host is a 

membrane wall structure. The flue gas produced after the combustion of 

biomass gas in the furnace chamber is discharged through convection 

tube bundle, energy saver and air preheater heat exchange in turn, and the

flue gas is treated by flue gas treatment system to meet the standard and 

then discharged into the chimney.2.2. MAIN DESIGNED PARAMETERS OF IT

(2.2.1) Boiler rated evaporation capacity : 30 t/h 

(2.2.2) Rated steam pressure of boiler : 1.6Mpa

(2.2..3)Rated steam temperature : 204℃

(2.2..4)Rated feed water temperature of boiler : 104℃

(2.2..5)Exhaust smoke temperature : ≤170℃

(2.2..6)Cold air temperature : 20℃

(2.2..7) boiler design thermal efficiency : 89.6%
