OUR COMPANY, WHICH IS 35T/H OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT CAPACITY.
2.SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
hazardous waste incinerator is suitable for petrochemical
plants, pharmaceutical plants, oil refineries, etc.
3.TAKE OUR SUCCESSFUL OPERATING HAZARDOUS WASTE INCINERATOR OF
12T/H WASTEWATER TREATMENT AS AN EXAMPLE:
3 .1 BREIF INTRODUCTION OF IT:
3.1.1) Application scope: toxic wastewater, waste residue, waste
gas generated in the production process of petrochemical
industry or wastewater, waste residue, waste gas that cannot be
treated by general biochemical methods, can only be treated by
high temperature incineration methods. Our experience shows that
the above waste can be disintegrated into harmless emissions
with a residence time of >2s at 1100°C. Denitrification,
desulfurization and dust removal can be considered.

3.2. DESIGNED CONDITIONS:
3.2.1) The user has 250kg/h waste liquid (trimethylpyridine),
with a heating value of about 8000 kcal /kg.
3.2.2) Exhaust gas 1200m³/h=1404kg/h, the heating value is about
5000 kcal/kg.
3.2.3) Toxic wastewater 12 t/h, the heating value is not
considered and needs to be consumed by evaporation.
3.2.4) Insufficient heat is provided by biogas combustion,
without coal.
3.2.5 )The saturated steam pressure of waste heat boiler is
1.6MPa.
2.3 DESIGNED SCALE:
Using waste liquid and waste gas plus 2500 Nm³/h biogas will be
able to treat 12t /h wastewater and produce 1.6MPa saturated
steam about 17t / h.
3.4 EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW:
Equipment overview:incinerator, waste heat boiler, 304 hightemperature air preheater, fan, water pump, sewage pump, waste
liquid pump, desulfurization and denitrification, nozzle,
burner, etc.
